Booked for 20 people on the basis that at least 1 (out of 21) would cancel. No one cancelled. We had to squeeze the extra one on the end.
I received one bottle of champagne, one bottle of Paul Frank “Rose”, one “Saturday Night” single (by Wigfield), one pleasingly pretty sketch pad and YEN9000*. I’ll leave you to work out what that is in £s. Needless to say, I am feeling either very valued, or that people REALLY wanted to see the back of me. I suspect that, had I stayed more than 9 months, people would have realised the truth and been less generous!
