Getting used to the temperature would be easier if it wasn’t so variable. Two days ago it was barely 15C, today it is 28C! This is particularly hard to cope with at night. I need anything from 0 to 4 layers depending on the weather, and it changes so rapidly that I can use three different levels in one sleep. It’s also easy to forget to drink enough, after all, yesterday I didn’t need it. I suppose it will get easier, apart from anything else, it’s going to get hotter so I won’t be worrying about how many layers I will need for long!
About Me

If you found me searching for the lyrics to the children's song, you can find them here.
I am a researcher in bionanotechnology currently living and working in Tokyo. I moved out here nearly three years ago, against my better judgement but in search of adventure. It has certainly been an adventure and not one I would have missed for the world.
I am trying to retrain as a designer and you may see the odd example of my work appear here as I progress.
I also indulge in opinionated rambling.
