As my more regular readers will be aware, I am a long-standing fan of Bob Sutton’s wisdom on all things management. I have a strong interest in being a good manager (someday) and I find his advice is often more widely applicable to life generally. Imagine my delight then, when I saw he is offering galley proofs of his upcoming book to bloggers in an experiment into new ways of promoting new releases, then my disappointment when I realised living in Japan made me ineligible, and then my renewed delight when, in response to my comment, Bob got in touch and offered to send me a copy anyway.
